We take a lot of pride in our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your candle, freshie, wax melts or mold is damaged, or does not meet your expectations, please let us know! Please email galesfamilycandles@gmail.com and make sure to include your order number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
